Happy Birthday to my little man. He turned 2 on Sunday. These kids are growing too fast. I hope you enjoy the fun pictures. The one photo is Little

I just have had a fun time looking up past friends from over 20 years ago when I lived in Tucson, Arizona.  I was able to find Adrienne, Lorana, Crystal, Nikki, and hopefully Deana too.  It brings back a ton of memories....especially the great weather.  My parents moved us to Utah in 1987.  It was a tough adjustment, but I am grateful for it.  I believe it saved my brothers from some crazy times.

Some of my memories include:  Kissing Nick and Sean in Mrs. Shackleford's Kindergarten class and then beating one of them up in his front yard.  Lots of fun times with sleepovers.  Going swimming in Crystal's pool naked.  Upsetting Adrienne's mom when we were pretending to be pregnant...and her mom was pregnant.  Also, playing soccer with Adrienne.  Walking home from school and stopping to get a treat at the Ice Cream Man's usual post by the wash.  Feeling horrible that I missed Lorana's baptism.  Getting bit by Nikki's gerbil.  And the funnest memories were all the swimming memories at the neighborhood pool.  According to google earth maps, it doesn't exist anymore.
Some fun memories.  I am so thrilled to be in contact them once again.

The Snow 'Bird's' Luge

We have had a fun winter so far. This week it will be sunny all week and in the 40's...and still cold. Hello! San Diego is in the 80's right now. A shout out to my Aunts TJ and Tammie, who are enjoying that weather.

This is a fun video of our sledding hill we have built over the last few weeks. This video was taken last week. Currently it is icy and scary for me to watch the kids go down. Winter surprisingly has been fun for me this year, due to my children having a blast in our first home. We all feel so blessed to have Snowbird in our backyard! :)

BAM....it's going to be okay...a new day awaits.

Do you ever have one of those days when things are going better than expected and it continues to be a good day...then BAM it's the evening time and one event ruins the whole good day you were having?  But a loving husband is trying his best to keep my spirits up so my day does end well.  Thanks Babes for being my best friend and always willing to be a listening ear.

It's these experiences and trials that makes us stronger....but boy I don't like dealing with...nope I am not going to say it.  I am going to leave it at that.

P.S. Thanks for the Christmas cards to many of you out there reading this.

Oh So Sneaky!

We're trying to teach our littlest to "try" and say prayers. The other night this is what he did....this is take 2. He was a lot funnier the first time, but I didn't have the camera then. Have a great day!

I was going to go private on my blog but then I realized I sent this web address to friends in Germany...so nevermind.  Sorry for the email.  Thanks for reading.
